PROFILE NOTES

The Company focuses on the development, finance, sale, acquisition, distribution, and marketing of intellectual property devoted for the entertainment and leisure markets.

The Company were incorporated in the State of Nevada on December 17, 2007, under the name "Green Bikes Rental Corporation". On January 22, 2009 the Company changed the Company's name to Affinity Mediaworks Corp. and on January 30, 2009 the company received a new symbol for the quotation of the company's common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board, "AFFW.OB".

The Company started as a company that intended to open bicycle rental stations in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. The Company have had no revenues as of the end of the company's most recent fiscal year and we have only recently begun limited operations.

In November 2008 the Company completed the company's marketing research in Kiev, Ukraine. The market research showed up that Kiev roads are not suitable for bicycle traffic as the roads do not have designated bicycle lanes and vehicle traffic is very high. This makes it very difficult and dangerous for bicycles to be on the road.

In addition the Company's research showed that winters in Ukraine are very long, with snow is on the ground from November to March and an average temperature below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. That makes the use of bicycles very difficult in these months.
