Leverkusen, 3 September 2010 - Biofrontera AG announces that today the
subscription of new shares in the capital increase decided on 4 August 2010 was
effected at a subscription price of 2.20 Euros per share with the placement of
1,000,000 shares.
With the capital increase the company will obtain fresh liquidity of 2.2 mln.
Euro. This does not reach the original goal of financing the company until the
European approval of its leading drug BF-200 ALA, expected in Q3 2011.
